CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By checking the box below, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your purchase of any Cozmic Realm Products, including Cozmic Realm Essential Oil Frequencies, Cozmic Realm Advanced Frequencies, and Cozmic Realm Essential Oil & Advanced Frequency Bundle (collectively referred to as the "Products") from Dr. Alexander Loyd Services, located at 113 Murfreesboro Rd, Franklin, Tennessee 37064, United States:

1. Personal Use Only
   The Products and any accompanying materials, including Google Drive folders, files, or any other resources provided, are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, distribute, or replicate any part of the provided materials with others, whether for personal, commercial, or educational purposes.
2. No Commercialization
   You agree not to use, reproduce, or adapt the Products or their components for any commercial or competitive purposes, including but not limited to selling, marketing, or distributing derivative works.
3. Confidential Information
   All materials provided in connection with your purchase are considered proprietary and confidential. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of these materials and to take reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorized access or use.
4. Prohibition on Sharing
   The Google Drive folders provided are for your exclusive use. Sharing access to these folders, whether through links, downloads, or any other means, is strictly prohibited.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property rights related to the Products and accompanying materials remain the exclusive property of Dr. Alexander Loyd Services. By purchasing the Products, you do not acquire any rights to the intellectual property other than the limited right to personal use.
6. Breach of Agreement
   Any violation of this agreement, including sharing or commercializing the provided materials, may result in immediate termination of access to the Products without refund, and legal action may be pursued.
